Life has taken me down unexpected paths, with ups and downs that I value deeply today because they forged me as a person and a professional.
I was born in Buenos Aires into a multicultural family. I grew up between the city and the countryside, developing both an urban spirit and a deep connection with nature.
My studies and my career took me from Argentina to Germany and finally to Spain, where I founded companies, built a family, faced great challenges and where I now live most of my life.
My experiences, from working at and then for SAP, to entrepreneurship in the wine sector, left me with valuable learnings. But they also led me to search for a deeper purpose, a connection to my essence.
That quest led me to coaching, a path where my passion for helping others finds its fullest expression.
The word DIVINE has a special meaning for me. It comes from a previous wine import project and therefore gives continuity to my new venture.
In that name, there was present not only my love for wine, but also a dream I had with my mother, who was carrying in her arms a girl that I described as "divine". In Argentina, we use this word to describe something or someone that fills us with beauty and tenderness.
For me, it encompasses all the women who inspire me and remind me how essential it is to connect with our essence.
Upside DownThe song, in turn, came from a Diana Ross song that my aunt always danced and sang with infectious joy, saying "GOTT SEI DANK" (German for "Thank God"), which she played acoustically.
Although the words don't mean the same thing, that sound connection always made me smile and think about how things can be turned around to find something good.
Thus was born this name that reflects both my roots and my mission: to inspire you to turn adversity around and discover the "divine" in each of us.
Today, my purpose is to accompany you to rediscover your essence and lead your life from authenticity. I firmly believe that change starts from within and that every challenge can be a door to new opportunities.
We are the architects of our lives and the great change we long for is possible.
My approach combines coaching tools with a special sensitivity to emotional connection. In addition, I incorporate activities that reflect my passions, such as wine, to enrich transformation and team building processes.
The term coaching comes from English and has its roots in the Hungarian word kocsi, which refers to a carriage that transports people from one place to another. This concept evolved through terms such as Kutsche in German and "coche" in Spanish, always keeping the idea of a vehicle that facilitates a journey.
Today, coaching is understood as a process that metaphorically accompanies people on their journey from where they are to where they want to be. It is a safe and transformative space, where the coach acts as an experienced guide, supporting passengers as they overcome obstacles, explore new routes and discover their own path.
Far from providing answers, coaching encourages reflection, awareness and action. It helps people unlock their potential, expand their perspectives and achieve their personal and professional goals, leading them towards a fuller and more authentic life.
Authentic leadership begins when you connect with your essence, with that inner truth that guides you and aligns you with your true purpose.
